Came here to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday night. The place was completely empty which was ok with us. It meant we had the choice of seating. We decided to take the seats facing the road. Maybe not the best choice as with most people watching street views, we had all the drama of a busy street, people shouting, a kid hanging out the window etc. Onto the food. Excellent no other word to describe it. With a turkish native, they couldn't fault it. So far the tastiest in northampton as far as turkish food goes. The service was great and attentive (wouldn't expect less as we were the only customers there) On the way out they gave us a tray of backlava to celebrate my wife's birthday. it was great, the nut to filo pastry ratio was really good and didn't feel like they skimped on it.
Beautiful restaurant and food. We visited here for my husband's birthday band despite us dining early there was still a nice atmosphere. The staff were all really attentive without being bothersome and the food was gorgeous. We'll definitely be back!
I went for a friend's birthday and stayed in a private room. The staff were really welcoming and even changed the music to our liking. The food was great, very filling and an amazing interior. Would definitely come again!
Best experience and atmosphere ever. Third time visiting the Yakut lounge and it's always been spot on. They went beyond my expectation when I hosted my friend's baby shower yesterday. Lovely staff, especially our waitress Isabella (lucky me, 2nd time my waitress)who was lovely and very professional Definitely will go again and recommend to friends and family..
Excellent experience. Beautiful restaurant, probably the most beautiful one in Northampton. I went there for dinner with 10 friends and we all had a great time. The food was amazing, I recommend the mixed shish and any of the iskender dishes. The cocktails were also really really good, I would easily come back here just for a few drinks. The price is excellent for the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the place. We were hosted by Andrea who was extremely efficient, friendly and super professional considering how demanding we were. I will definitely come back here.
The food, The drinks and the service was impeccable. A young guy was alone doing everything. He was literally killing himself to make everyone happy, He was friendly, kind and apologised so much even though i watched him do everything. Thank you for a great night. And he deserves praise for what he did tonight.
Visited this restaurant last night as a group of 10 in a private room. The decor in the restaurant is really modern and there is a lively atmosphere inside. Was served by Marie and the service was absolutely outstanding 10/10; nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, everything came out fresh and hot and really well presented. The menu has a very good selection of traditional Turkish food and also a good choice of drinks. I think the prices are really affordable for the large portions that you get. Will definitely revisit this restaurant!!
